Opti Tap
One of the most important improvements that can be made in the manufacturing process is value adding. By completing as many processes as possible in one machine, maximum profitability will be achieved. With OptiTap threads from M3 to M10 can be machined in the Pullmatic punch. Several different tapping tools with different tap sizes can be utilized in one set-up.

Opti Bend
With a possible flange height of 75mm (3”) parts such as small boxes, brackets etc can be punched and formed in one operation. That means a drastic reduction in machining time, reductions of 75% is not unusual.

OptiMark
With this feature parts can be marked and labelled for identification in the same operation as punching. Standard configuration of the marking tool is 40 characters, ex A-Z, 0-9. Character height is 3mm ( 0,125”)

Wilson Wheel
Offset, ribbing, rolling shear etc. Many times these tools can replace other operations down the line. One example is rolling stiffeners which can replace cross bends in a press brake, or even providing savings on material since it would be possible to decrease material thickness.
