Cutters for X91, X93 & X97

Generally a fine-toothed cutter gives the smoothest cut. Difficulties, however, could arise with feeding, when beveling harder or tougher materials, especially if the bevel is deep. In such cases a coarse-toothed cutter has to be used. Cutters with three different serrations can be supplied with the machine. Compare A, B and C on the picture.
Type A Coarse serrationThis cutter is recommended when performing maximum dimensions of bevels on large and heavy work-pieces.
Type B Medium serrationSuitable for large bevels on small work-pieces.
Type C Fine serrationAdvantageous for all materials when the width of bevel is below 15 mm (.59") and when the weight of the work-piece is below 50 kg (164 lbs).
Standard cutters recommended for materials with a tensile strength below 550 N/mm² (80,000 psi)

High tensile "chipper" cutters are recommended for materials with a tensile strength between 550 N/mm² (80,000 psi) and 690 N/mm² (100,000 psi).

Cutters for PULLMAX X8 and X10
Type A. Normal serratedThis cutter is recommended for all kinds of plate metal above 6 mm (0,25") thick, but not for pressure vessel steels.
Type B. Fine serratedThis cutter is recommended for all kinds of plate metal between 4 mm (0,16") and 10 mm (0,40").
Type C. Extra fine serratedThis cutter is recommended for all kinds of plate metal between 3 mm (0,12") and 6 mm (0,25") thick.
